So I had my results analyzed and am now seeing an ND that specializes in MTHFR issues because I have FM, CF issues.

I just had my husband and kids done, and it’s looking like he’s (husband) is much more of a mess than me, but he apparently hides it well lol.

My head is spinning from all of this and I would like some input on where to start. I can’t afford all of us going to the ND right now until I get under control, but I would like to see if I can help some of their issues, mainly with emotions and behavior.

So thoughts? I haven’t done a full methyl profile, just genetic genie so far. Do I need to get the bigger methyl profile done for any of them?? Anything stick out? What/who should I focus attention on first?

    Hi!

The practitioners will not analyze a long list of SNPs, as they need to make a living and take 2-3 hours with you on each consult. They can give you a basic understanding on where the problems may arise from.

If you would like to learn more about these SNPs then I suggest you send an e-mail to Sterling Hill Erdei at beclotaware@gmail.com and she will go through your methylation results which takes about 2 hours and also teach you how to use your 23andMe for researching and have an audio format sent to you of the conversation therefore you can listen to it as many times as you want until you learn how SNPs function and which ones are causing the health concern.
    I highly recommend her service.
