simple question; once you receive variant report and when viewing it online, the more column contains a blue background on some snp’s and a white backfield on others. what is the significance of color scheme? for example are the blue ones well understood more than the white ones? are the blue ones more important? thanks
The blue shading means there is a SNPbit informational video about the gene that SNP is associated with. The SNPbit informational videos can be viewed by clicking on the + symbol in the blue shaded box. You will see a drop down box with more information about the SNP and a link to view the video. All the SNPbit videos can also be viewed on the Official MTHFR Support YouTube channel. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCX3uZTiYVhWkRT2utgVhftg
