some genes missing in report

Why are some genes in the pathway chart, and not in the report? For example, there is the ALDHIB gene int he dopamine/serotonin pathway, but there is no such a section in the genetic report.

So the report does not include all components of the pathway?

Hello annagrig13,

We can only include genes tested by 23andMe on the report and ALDHIB is not tested.

Another reason why you may see genes on a pathway diagram but not on the report even when 23andMe test the gene is because there are no research papers
associated with any of the SNPs relating to that gene.
