    I’ve paid for it earlier today and it says pending, though I know it’s gone through. I thought reports were generated quickly?

    Reports are usually generated within minutes of purchase and if not received we ask that you email our technical support team for assistance at
    contact@mthfrsupport.com.

    Hi.
    I am having the same issue. I ordered, the payment definitely went through,
    but my account still says payment pending. My order is #43206.
