finding a doctor when there's none nearby

Is there a list of docs that will consult via phone or skype? I couldn’t find one. The only doctor near me is only taking patients with Down’s Syndrome. The next closest one is 3 hours away.

Most practitioners will consult by Skype or phone worldwide so you can choose one from any location even from another country if you wish to.
