Dosage for 2 year old

I’m compound heterozygous and take Optimal Prenatal Vitamin. My 4YO son (C677T +/-) is on 2 chewable tablets (optimal multivitamin). We haven’t tested my 2YO son, but I think it’d be a good idea to assume he has one of my mutations. I’d like to start him on the Optimal Multivitamin that my older son is on. What dosage do I use? The bottle only gives recommendations for ages 4 and up with a recommendation against giving it to children 2 years and younger. But there is no recommendation for 2-4 years old.
