cant get the generate button to work

Help…I have the file uploaded, just cant generate report.

Hi Terri,

After the file uploads you need to click on the file name and it along with the generate report button will highlight then you need to click the generate report button and the PayPal payment process will initiate.

If you have clicked on the file name and it still doesn’t work you need to email technical support at contact@mthfrsupport.com for assistance.
